Extrabus is an average company. I used their services recently and found them to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and I didn't encounter any issues during the booking process. The bus was clean and comfortable, and the driver was friendly. However, there was a delay of 15 minutes at the start of the journey which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, my experience with Extrabus was average.
