I had a mixed experience with Prem la. The customer service was excellent, but the product quality was below average. The website was easy to navigate and had plenty of options to choose from. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the product arrived damaged. Despite this, the customer service team was very helpful and offered a refund or replacement. Overall, I would say that Prem la is an average company with room for improvement.
