I recently started using the public transportation system in Cologne and I must say that KVB has made my daily commute much easier. The buses and trams are clean and comfortable, and the schedules are reliable. I appreciate the convenience of being able to track the buses in real-time using the KVB app. Overall, I am quite impressed with the service provided by KVB.
