I recently visited Cafe Hibiscus and I must say it was quite average. The food was decent, although nothing extraordinary. The service was acceptable, but not exceptional. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, but it lacked a certain charm. Overall, it was an average dining experience, nothing more, nothing less.
