I've had a mixed experience with the company. On one hand, their website is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with an order and it took several attempts and a lot of back-and-forth to get it resolved. Overall, Tycoonindia is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
