I have been a customer of BROWN, LISA E for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do a decent job overall, I think there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to queries. The prices are reasonable, but I feel that they could offer more discounts and promotions. Overall, I would rate them as average.
