We had called in to make reservations for an important birthday party, but the staff was too negligent to actually book it for us. Upon arrival, we had learned the reservations had not been confirmed. When the manager/owner spoke with us about the issue, his attitude was so terrible towards us that our party ended up leaving. We will never come back.
