wow, If i can give negative stars i would. Virginmobile usa has to have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. To begin with it seems as though they have all the techs crowded into one room! You can barely hear the person you're talking to with so much background noise. To make things even worse its like they don't even know where they're standing. You can speak to one tech and they will tell you on thing & then you can speak to another that would contradict what the other said. If they have carrier issues your'e pretty much doomed. They have no idea how to get it to start working again. A tech mailed out a sim card for me & told me it would get to me over night, then a second tech told me in 2 days then a third tech told me in 4 days !!!!! so 4 days without service & them "assuming" the sim was the issue.. I'm going to switch carriers ASAP! STAY AWAY !!!!
