The customer service at Ifcorp is average. I didn't have any major issues with their service, but I also wasn't blown away by their level of support. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was fairly straightforward. However, I did encounter a few glitches while trying to make a payment, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, Ifcorp is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
