My experience with Foley Community Education has been okay. The courses I have taken so far have been informative, albeit a bit generic. The instructors seemed knowledgeable, but not particularly engaging. The website is easy to navigate, but could benefit from more detailed course descriptions. Overall, I think the program has potential and is worth trying out, but it's not necessarily outstanding.
