Jonathan has been great personalised recruiter that treats all candidate specific to their career goals and knowing what their values add to the employer and background relevant to the roles. I am able to see the differences in comparison with other recruiter in other recruitment firm. He knows what the employer wants exactly and knows how to better prepare the candidate before interview, most importantly, responsibly follow through from starting to end of process for candidate and never leave the candidate halfway not knowing status and move on.

All in all, I would recommend him as preferred recruiter given his professional way of doing things in interest of both employers and candidates and ensured both aligned to each other.
