CUSTOMER: I had an interaction with the Depoe Bay Rural Fire District recently, and I was somewhat disappointed with their service. While they managed to resolve the issue, the firefighters seemed somewhat indifferent and lacked professionalism. I hope they take customer feedback into account and work on improving their approach to emergencies. There is definitely room for growth.
