As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Bamboo Buddy LLC is an average company. Their products are decent and reasonably priced, but nothing exceptional. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability and using eco-friendly materials, but I wish their customer service was better. Overall, an average experience.
