I have had an average experience with Rockefeller Trust Company. The customer service was decent, although I felt that some of the staff members were not very knowledgeable. The overall rates and fees were fair, however, I expected better investment options. The online platform was easy to navigate and I appreciated the regular updates on my account. In summary, a decent experience but room for improvement.
