I had a terrible experience with Elco Chevrolet. I was tight on time and the sales person I got stuck with wouldn t work with me until I had a few hours. The next day he let me see a Chevy Tahoe. I specifically told him that that was not the car for me and I gave him a few options that were critical. He advised me that I needed to look at the Limited model which was $2k more. The following day I emailed him back confirming the price of the car, the add for a Limited model and the KBB for my trade-in. I knew it was a good deal but he agreed with my email. At that point, I got in my car and went back to the dealership to start negotiating. We were very close until he said I was negotiating for the car I told him I didn t want. His goal was to get me back up to dealership.
Very frustrating!!!
