Bought an OGA 8277O glasses back in 2017, which lasted less than a year before required replacement parts that took 5(!) months to be delivered. Now they broke again, same part, same spot. Contacted the support a month ago, then once again later - no replies, nothing.

Worst glasses, worst customer service.

UPD: so I've tried contacting the support once again, after the representative made a comment here that i should write them with details. And guess what? Right, no answers once again.
