I am totally disappointed with this vacation renta...

I am totally disappointed with this vacation rental company, they are careless for give a safety place to people especially now for COVI prevention and sanitation, I rent the Imagine That cabin and when I arrived the house was dirty and not in condition to enjoy my stay, I spent time and money to clean and sanitize the House, every looks totally old and broke, the balcony dirty unable to enjoy the view, the pool table dirty, the showers are not working, I complained and no one came to fix, my guess would live before time also I would.. I don t recommend, I hope this comment can see by County and take actions, base of the pandemic restrictions.
My vacation be a nightmare!!!
