I have been a customer of emscu for a few years now and I must say, their services have been average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, their customer support is lacking in responsiveness. There have been times when I had to wait for days to get a reply to my queries. However, once I did receive a response, it was helpful and addressed my concerns adequately. All in all, I would rate emscu as an average company.
