I recently had the opportunity to engage with a company specializing in engineering solutions. It left me with mixed feelings. The website "pacweste.com" offered a well-organized platform, making it easy to navigate through the various services they provide. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in certain aspects. It took a considerable amount of back and forth to receive responses to my queries, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the company seemed technically competent and delivered on their promises in a timely manner. The team demonstrated good knowledge and expertise in their field. While the company's performance was acceptable, it did not exceed my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average.
