As a customer, I found my experience with the company to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciate the variety of products offered. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I had some issues with my order, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. The company should focus on enhancing their communication and response time to better serve their customers. Overall, I would rate my experience as average - there were positives, but also room for enhancement.
