I have been a customer of Palexcel for a few years...

I have been a customer of Palexcel for a few years now and I must say their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and overall the experience is decent. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some technical glitches which were quite frustrating. The customer support team is responsive and helpful in resolving issues. I would give them an average rating.
