I recently engaged with a technology consulting firm for a project, and my experience with them was average. The team was knowledgeable, and they provided satisfactory solutions to some of our IT challenges. However, I felt that the communication could have been more proactive and transparent. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times for updates and clarifications. Additionally, the turnaround time for deliverables was slightly longer than expected. On a positive note, the consultants were courteous and professional in their interactions. In conclusion, the experience was average, and there is room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness.
