I have been a repeater for many years. This year is the worst. I asked for room decoration as i was celebrating an anniversary and they did not do that. I paid half board and they could not even provide complimentary water while dining. I had to pay an additional 65scr for a small bottle of water thst cost scr 10 in retail shops. Im sorry but i am never coming back.
