CONNECT website crashes no matter what device or p...

CONNECT website crashes no matter what device or pc I use, and when you're prompted to call the automated message says there's no available representatives, and you cant get a call back either, so refer to the website which refers you to the phone. I've been at it for about 4 hours maybe to access my account for about 3 minutes before crashing again. Ron Desantis could care less about the well being of Floridians, and you can tell by the infrastructure of their website. From reading all the comments here too I'm convinced actually talking to someone would be a fruitless act as well.
