I had the opportunity to go on a canal trip organized by The Kennet and Avon Canal Trust, and I must say, it was a bit underwhelming. The staff members were friendly, but the service didn't quite meet my expectations. The scenery was nice, but it didn't have that 'wow' factor I was anticipating. Overall, it was an average experience.
