I receive multiple telemarketing calls a day selling senior solutions insurance end of life products. The calls come into my phone with a caller id telephone number that looks like it is from my town (known as spoofing). Before I can ask them to take me of the call list, they have hung up on me. When I did lie to get the through the multiple screenings, I was finally put through to an individual that works out of this office. That individual would not tell me the name of the company he works for. I managed to figure out that he works for IFG. I called IFG and spoke to a nice person who listened to my plight and said she would help. The only thing I want is to be taken off the call list. One of the principals of the company emailed me saying they do not make the calls, do not call the company again (how ironic!) and that all contact must be with their legal counsel. Legal counsel explained they do not make the calls and that a company in Englewood, Colorado called Senior Solutions Insurance is responsible for the calls. SSI does not return any calls. Needless to say that when I receive these calls regardless of who initiates these calls, I will be put through to someone at IFG. I literally just want the calls to stop and receive no assistance. If you receive these calls, please call the NC attorney general's office and your state's attorney general.
