I had a mixed experience with Erria a/s. While the quality of their products was top-notch, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected for my order to be processed, and I had difficulty getting in touch with a representative when I had questions. However, once my order was finally shipped, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Overall, I would still recommend Erria a/s for their high-quality products, but improvements could be made in the customer service aspect.
