I love ZipFizz but not at full strength. I use 1 tube for 2 servings. 1 1/2 tsp per 16 oz of water or else I use the whole tube in a pitcher with approximately 25-32 oz of water. I also like to combine it with iced tea for flavoring. I am on prescription strength Prevacid which reduces my absorption of B vitamins. ZipFizz helps replenish my B's and also ensures that I drink more fluids. I like almost every flavor I've ever tried.
