I have been a customer of Edwards Wilson for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is satisfactory but nothing extraordinary. The prices are reasonable and the staff is generally helpful. However, I feel that they could improve their customer service as there have been a few instances where my queries were not addressed properly. Overall, it's an okay experience.
