Saturday evening a neighbor told me my downspout had come off the back wall and was lying on the ground. I did a temporary replacement to hold it over until I could call the Vertex office which wasn't until Tuesday. Wednesday morning they arrived to repair it correctly. I don't think anyone could ask for better service than that. The gentleman that did the repair was friendly, professional and it looks like new.
