Universal Fidelity has exceeded my expectations in terms of their customer service. I was apprehensive at first when answering the call, but the representative I spoke with (Neva) made sure I understood what the phone call was about. They also informed me over mail about my unpaid debts which made me feel better about receiving a call. Based on my experience, I would say they are a great company, very professional, and very helpful overall! I am thankful I got everything taken care of with their help.
