Microconsult lab was the lab recommended to my plant farm to test our soil and water. We were given an estimated 2 week turnaround. Thinking hopefully, we called at the end of the first week and they had received our samples but not started testing them yet which was no real concern as they had predicted 2 weeks. At the end of week 2 we also reached out to them and they assured us that they were hard at work and we should have results by the end of that week. At the end of the week I sent an email asking if we had our results and was told that I had failed to fill out a COC for my water sample, which I personally filled out and placed in the Ziploc bag with the sample, and I would have to send another. They had supposedly been "testing" my samples for over 2 weeks and had them over 3 and had spoken with us several times but this is the first time anything was said. By now my plants should have been in the ground but rather than admit that they made an error they tried to put the blame on us by saying that we didn't do our part. Beware that if you're in a time crunch this company is NOT capable of speed, and has no issues pushing the blame off. It's now been a month since this began and they say they'll definitely be ready late next week. I used another lab and already have the results. Ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
