Loan got transferred last month and the instructions said to call to to enroll in their automatic payment system. Tried calling multiple times waiting 20, 30, and 40 minutes before giving up. Finally got a live person today after 20 minutes but as we got started the call got interrupted by their automated customer service survey, couldn't get back to the agent. WTH? They have yet to reach out to me but I assume I'll get a nasty gram soon telling me how I'm delinquent. Not at all impressed.
