I made my payment online and even called to verify...

I made my payment online and even called to verify it was received and online it had posted but when I login it said my payment was not received during the month and that I am over 30 days past due!!! This is fraud and I am so upset and I ve never been late for payment for anything. I can t even set up autopay because it says my account is past due but when you go to account summary it says I am current! I am going to refinance.
