By far the worst business of any kind I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! The took $8000.00 instead of $800.00 out of my Bank account. I I've spent 4 hrs to today calling Loancare and the parent company NewRez and keep getting a IVR system. Spoke to 3 people None had a clue what to do but in all gave me 8 phone number's to call...And you guessed it ..all lead right back to a IVR system!!! Are you F%@kin kidding me? Wish I could give 0 stars!
