The location of the hotel is very good, only a 10 ...

The location of the hotel is very good, only a 10 minute walk to the Louvre. The price was also perfectly okay.
However, the cleanliness of the room was only moderate (hair on the bathroom floor, hair on the bed, dirty carpet).
