I have been a customer of Global Action International INC for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide the necessary assistance, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff could be more knowledgeable and responsive to customer inquiries. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for growth.
