I recently ordered a bike from a well-known online retailer and had a terrible experience. The bike arrived damaged and the customer service was unhelpful. Thankfully, I found Bike to everything and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! The bike I received was in perfect condition and the customer service was exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough!
