Manufactured Relocatable Homes

I moved into a new manufactured relocatable home in a life style village built by this Company and I did have limited input into the construction.
This is a list of problems experienced by myself and others who moved into this complex. House was great for 2 years then...
Desilvering occurred on mirrors in ensuite and main bathroom because they were not framed, all taps, towel rails and toilet roll holders have pitted, kitchen cupboards and vanites in both bathrooms have discoloured and turned yellow, I had to replace a dishwasher and found that the cavity in the kitchen was not the standard size for this product, parts in the cistern of the two toilets had to be replaced, I had to access my roof recently and found the insulation in a big pile. These houses are freezing cold in winter and stinking hot in summer. I did request extra insulation in the walls but was refused by the Company representative who was also the owner of the Village. You don't expect high quality products in these houses but the substandard products used in these houses are not acceptable,
These houses were not cheap!
