My experience with G4 resources, and g4star, llc was average. The trip to Florence was pleasant, but I expected more from the tour. The website yourflorencetourguide.com provided some useful information, but it could be more user-friendly. The guide was knowledgeable, but their presentation lacked enthusiasm. Overall, it was an okay experience.
