The level of incompetence and ineducation of the secretarial staff is not only hallucinating but absolutely unacceptable. Between reports that disappear and information that turns out to be precisely inaccurate, every day a different problem and no one who knows how to manage the situation or, at least, take responsibility for the mistakes made. We should teach all those who work in various capacities within the University - from the janitor to the head of the rector's secretariat, passing through teachers and secretarial staff - a bit of humility and to treat the students respectfully who, through payment of substantial taxes, allow their gentlemen to continue to sit on those armchairs they love so much. Looking back on the past years within the phantasmagoric universe Unipa, only regret remains (and it is something that I affirm with extreme bitterness) of having chosen to complete my training in my land and not elsewhere
