If it weren't for the issue below, this Home Health Agency would have received a 4.5 to 5 star rating.

This agency has very few ENGLISH SPEAKING aides assigned to the Northern Dade (Miami Gardens, Opa-Locka, and North Miami), Allapattah-Wynwood, Liberty City-Brownsville, and Overtown areas.

The two aides that care for my family are the best. Both of them to above and beyond care wise for my family member.

This agency needs more than two ENGLISH SPEAKING aides for the Northern Dade (Miami Gardens, Opa-Locka, and North Miami), Allapattah-Wynwood, Liberty City-Brownsville, and Overtown areas. What if both of those aides had to call out sick on the same day? Then what?

I like the quality of care this agency gives to its patients. I just wish they are able to hire more ENGLISH SPEAKING aides for the areas mentioned above. Or pay a gasoline bonus to the ENGLISH SPEAKING aides that service the South Dade area.

It is possible. Unless this agency is like the other agency that I despise with a passion. Then it goes beyond a language barrier issue.
