I have been a loyal customer of Ted-co inc. for over five years now and I can confidently say that their products and services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is certainly room for improvement. The customer service is also average, with representatives being helpful but not overly friendly. Overall, I would rate Ted-co inc. as an average company.
