I recently purchased a product from Minimal, and while I liked it, I wasn't completely blown away. The quality was decent, but I expected it to be better for the price. The design was minimalist, as advertised, but it lacked that wow factor that I was looking for. The customer service, however, was great. They were responsive and helpful. Overall, I had an average experience with Minimal.
