Good company to work for if you have a disability as they are very accommodating for those individuals. Through the AbilityOne Program they hire individuals with disabilities but must maintain a certain percentage of people with disabilities. Otherwise they do not receive federal funding.
As an unemployed Veteran I found this job while searching for jobs at the Virginia Employment Commission. As a whole the job was good while it lasted. If you have no disability you may become persona non grata.
They refuse to follow the rules and procedures laid out in the employee handbook and the CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) and are not knowledgeable of such . If you are a Veteran of the U.S. military and do not have a disability I would not recommend this employer.
