My recent trip with a travel company was a mixed experience. While some aspects of the trip were great, there were a few issues that could have been better. The itinerary was well-planned and allowed us to see all the major attractions. However, the customer service could have been more responsive. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope the company improves in the future.
