Fundamental changes in the application of Information Technology in business have occurred and developed rapidly When the era of computerization began. It also makes information business opportunities promising.

This need and opportunity was welcomed by one of the largest state-owned steel producers and PT. Krakatau Steel by establishing PT Krakatau Information Technology or commonly called 'Krakatau IT' on June 4, 1993. Previously it was the Data Processing (EDP) Division of PT Krakatau Steel (PTKS).

I am very grateful to the company for providing the opportunity to be involved in work. Departing from the Servicedesk Team as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) is the Information Bridge between the Customer and Service Users and the Service Provider (IT).

The role of the SD Team refers to the company's vision and mission of "Providing Integrated Manufacturing System Solutions to improve customer performance". computer-based facilities and infrastructure and existing ticketing service applications do not fully reflect the spirit of the company's vision and mission.

With a variety of work achievements and projects that have been done by colleagues with capable human resources in their respective fields, seeing this we personally suggest to PT. Krakatau Information Technology makes its own TIKET service desk application. This will easily increase progress and reduce the burden of costs incurred to buy ticket applications to other vendors, "Very Unfortunate" with the name of our beloved company.
