I have had a mixed experience with Gsi. While their products are of good quality, their customer service has been lacking. I have encountered some unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested in assisting me. I was disappointed with the level of service provided. However, when I did receive assistance, it was satisfactory. Overall, I'm on the fence about recommending Gsi.
