I cannot stress enough how poor this hospital have...

I cannot stress enough how poor this hospital have been with my 90 year old Nan. We were told by a doctor my nan had lung cancer and only 9 months to live, they took a biopsy which revealed she didn't have cancer at all. On a 2nd occasion we received a phone call to inform us that my nan was having a heart attack and we need to wait for an update. After waiting nearly an hour we rang the hospital ourselves to be informed she was being treated we then rang back an hour later to be informed she was never having a heart attack she had chest pains which they were giving her medication for. We are disgusted with the mis communication in this hospital.
