I had a mixed experience with Automation controls • oem panels. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. The sales team was not very responsive and it took a long time to get a resolution for my query. However, once I got in touch with the technical team, they were extremely helpful and provided the necessary support. Overall, I would rate them as average.
